A friendly reminder of our Condo House rules:
Visitors:
Visitors are only allowed strictly until 9pm with a valid guests form. Notify management if you'd like to invite guests.
No Party allowed.
Strictly No Parties are allowed.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise level, espcially in outdoor spaces. Respect our neighbors by keeping noice level reasonable at all times.
No Smoking:
Strictly No Smorking or Vaping inside the condo unit. Violations of the smoking ban can result in fines of up to ₱10,000
No Pets:
Unfortunately we don't allow pets.
Cleanliness:
Leave the property in a tidy condition as found.
