Please note:

No cancellation or refund of reservation once booked. However, we can allow date change subject to availability and rate may change.

50% Non-Refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation.

Full balance is payable 1 week prior to arrival via Bank transfer or Gcash.

Security Deposit of P2,000 is required. This will be refunded to the guests upon departure, subject to an inspection of the property, minus any amount required to cover damage or repair of unit properties if there are any.

As a standard procedure, we would need you to submit a photocopy of your valid ID or Passport upon check-in.

As part of our security measures, upon arrival, you will be provided with check-in instructions and a guest form. This form must be presented to the security personnel at the entrance gate.

Please note that only individuals listed on the provided form will be granted access to the unit.

Parking:

Please be advised that parking spaces are available but limited. Kindly inform us in advance if you need parking space so arrangement can be made prior to arrival accordingly. Fee is P300 per night.
